A Contract on the Using of Funds between BHANSA and the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Srpska was signed at the headquarters of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Air Navigation Services Agency (BHANSA) in Mostar.

Earlier, BHANSA signed a Contract on the Using of Funds with the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina too.

By signing this Contract, BHANSA continues to consistently and continuously fulfill its legal obligations arising from Article 6. paragraph (2) of the Law on Bosnia and Herzegovina Air Navigation Services Agency ("Official Gazette of BiH" No. 43/09), in which clearly defines the manner of using funds that are of interest to BHANSA, and which are kept in the bookkeeping records of the Civil Aviation Department of Republic of Srpska (RSCAD) and the Federal Directorate of Civil Aviation(FEDCAD).

This Contract shall regulate the manner of using property, ie. assets that are of interest and required by Bosnia and Herzegovina Air Navigation Services Agency. Assets include facilities such as control towers, navigation, radar and communication devices, motor vehicles and all other assets kept in the records of the Republic Directorate for Civil Air Navigation.

The Contract was signed in front of BHANSA by director Davorin Primorac, while Minister Neđo Trninić put the signature in front of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Republika Srpska.

The signing of this Contract clearly shows the consistency, which BHANSA has in fulfilling our legal obligations and is an important step towards the efforts of BHANSA to bring the level of services it delivers to an even higher level.

Minister Trninić and Director Primorac emphasized the good cooperation that the two institutions have and expressed the belief that it will continue in the future.
