Director of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Air Navigation Services Agency (BHANSA), Davorin Primorac confirmed that on December, 5.th of next year, BHANSA will take full control of the entire airspace of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In view of all activities that have been undertaken and which are currently being undertaken, today we can talk about December, 5.th, next year as a precise deadline for the full takeover of the control in the airspace of BiH, said Primorac.
He recently met with Director General of EUROCONTROL, Eamon Brennan, in Bruxelles together with the Minister of Transport and Communications of BiH, Ismir Jusko. On this occasion, there were presented the activities, undertaken on the realization of the Air Traffic Management Strategy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as activities from the second phase of the project concerned.
Primorac also presented the current status and plan of BHANSA's activities at that meeting. With praise for what has been done so far in the implementation of the most important project within the competence of BHANSA, Brennan provided full support to EUROCONTROL for the planned activities of BHANSA, in order to take full control of the entire airspace of BiH until the scheduled date of the next year.
