Having issued this decision on 18 April 2019, BHDCA completed the revalidation procedure of BHANSA's certificate as an air navigation services provider and issued the Certificate for the provision of air navigation services ANS-004.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Rulebook establishing common and specific requirements for the provision of air navigation services, BHANSA submitted a request for the certificate renewal on 8 October, 2018. BHDCA, having acted upon request, conducted the procedure and determined, during supervision, that the evidence that BHANSA had been coordinated with the applicable requirements of the Single European Sky and the Rulebook establishing common and specific requirements for the provision of air navigation services had been submitted.
BHANSA was certified for the provision of Air Traffic Services- ATS, Meteorological Services – MET, Aeronautical Information Services - AIS and Communication, Navigation or Surveillance services – CNS.
ANS – 004 Certificate has no expiration date, and therefore BHANSA is obliged to continuously coordinate with the regulations on air traffic navigation services and shall still be under the supervision of BHDCA, and other international organisations such as EASA and ICAO.
All BHANSA's organisational units participated in the certificate revalidation procedure, whereby all BHANSA's employees made great effort in order to fulfil all the requirements.
BHANSA thanks BHDCA's team for conducting the certification procedure and for their cooperation and professionalism in the certificate revalidation procedure.
