On the day 18.09.2019. Mr Gerhard Huber, Chief of Air Operations of EUFOR, accompanied by Legal Advisor to EUFOR Commander Mr Igor Dimitrovski visited the Main Office of BHANSA in Mostar. On this occasion, a meeting was held with personnel of BHANSA in charge of civil-military coordination in the aviation, who met EUFOR representatives with BHANSA and its activities with a focus on civilian-military cooperation. The current cooperation has been assessed as very positive. The possibilities for its improvement in the forthcoming period have been considered, such as cooperation in the implementation of flight operations and the use of BiH airspace, coverage of radio signal at low altitudes, EUFOR resources in the search and rescue operations and cooperation withAirspace Management Cell of BiH and Anti-Hail System.
After the meeting, representatives of EUFOR visited the ATC Staff Training Center with the ATC Simulator and Approach Control Service and Aerodrome Control Service in Mostar.
