BHANSA has installed two electric vehicle chargers – Stepping towards an environmentally responsible and sustainable future

Bosnia and Herzegovina Air Navigation Services Agency (BHANSA) has installed two electric vehicle chargers at the location in Sarajevo Regional Air Traffic Control Center. This initiative represents a significant step towards preserving the environment and encouraging the use of environmentally friendly vehicles.

The new chargers, each with a power of 22 kW, will allow BHANSA employees to charge their electric vehicles easily and efficiently. With this move, the Agency not only improves working conditions for its employees, but also actively contributes to the improvement of air quality in Sarajevo, a city that has been facing serious pollution problems for years, especially in the winter months.

With this act, BHANSA has once again confirmed its commitment to the protection of the environment. The installation of chargers for electric vehicles is in accordance with global trends and local needs to reduce harmful gas emissions. Electric vehicles, which during use do not emit harmful gases like traditional fossil fuel vehicles, represent one of the key elements in the fight against pollution and climate change.

In addition to environmental benefits, BHANSA with this project also encourages its employees to switch to more energy-efficient vehicles, which in the long term brings numerous advantages. Lower maintenance costs, as well as significantly lower costs of driving on electric energy, are additional motivators for an increasing number of people to consider switching to this type of transportation.
