BHANSA has been officially notified by EUROCONTROL that, based on a court ruling, a freeze has been ordered on all further payments to the Agency, as a result of an arbitration award issued in favor of the Slovenian company "Viaduct."
Although BHANSA was not a party to this dispute, it is facing the possibility of a funds freeze necessary for the uninterrupted conduct of air navigation services. In order to find an urgent solution and ensure operational continuity, BHANSA is cooperating intensively with the competent institutions.
