BHANSA has established a Quality Management System, using its own resources, consulting support, and the experience of European service providers.

By continuous work on improving business processes, BHANSA confirms its commitment to fully meet the requirements of users of its services. The structure of the Quality Management System has been adjusted to the organization of BHANSA, with the aim of meeting the set requirements of the quality management standard - ISO 9001.

In this regard, special attention is paid to:

  • documenting all business processes that may affect the quality and safety of services and their efficient implementation,
  • defining and monitoring of the set goals,
  • improving the processes that ensure the efficient functioning of the system,
  • periodic inspection of the quality management system.
